Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Due to the highly specific, temperature-sensitive, and specialized nature of research peptides, Chinese Peptide Company has a strict no-returns, no-refunds, and no-cancellations policy for all products once an order has been processed and/or shipped.

1. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order before finalizing the purchase, including:

  • Product selection

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

Please review your cart and order summary carefully before payment. We are not liable for errors made during the ordering process.

2. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately via email. We will attempt to cancel an order if it has not yet entered the packing or shipping process. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or incorrect ordering.

  • Product stability: Peptides are delicate compounds. Once a product leaves our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee its stability, purity, or sterility upon return, and it cannot be resold.

  • Regulatory & Safety Compliance: For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returned items into our inventory.

4. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Shipments)

We stand behind the quality of our products. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at our expense.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging or vials (e.g., broken, crushed), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, replace the damaged product.

Note: We are not responsible for product integrity if shipping or storage instructions provided are not followed by the customer.
